FOR PICKUP AT MBJ: After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area; use the first door on the right at the Information Desk to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the restroom. Our representative will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign with the ISLAND TRANSFER AND TOURS LOGO. Once you have identified our agent, present your voucher to him and he will assist you to your ride.
