Adults: 2,000 yen per person, Children aged 4-12: 500 yen per person The main attraction of Umeda Sky Building is the Floating Garden Observatory, which offers a 360-degree view of Osaka's cityscape from 173 meters above ground. The observation deck can be accessed by a see-through escalator that makes it seem as if you're floating in the air. From there, you can enjoy the transition from evening to night views, and especially in February and October, the view of the sun setting over the middle of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.

Observation Deck Fees: Adults (15 years and older): 1,200 yen per person; Children (5-14 years old): 600 yen per person Tsutenkaku's highlights are the observation deck, attractions, Billiken, and the surrounding scenery. The observation deck offers a panoramic view of Osaka's cityscape, and the views from the "Golden Observatory" and "TIP THE TSUTENKAKU," where you can see through to your feet, are particularly popular. Attractions include the "TOWER SLIDER," where you can slide down the tower, and the "WALK," where you can try out some athletic activities. Another feature of the tower is that there are multiple "Billiken," beloved as the god of good fortune, inside. The vibrant shopping streets and giant billboards of the surrounding "Shinsekai" are also highlights worth seeing along with Tsutenkaku.

Highlights of Dotonbori include visiting the Glico neon sign and giant neon signs like Kani Doraku, taking a Dotonbori River cruise, taking photos at Ebisu Bridge, visiting cultural facilities such as the Osaka Shochikuza and the Kamigata Ukiyo-e Museum, and sampling many of the city's signature dishes, including takoyaki and okonomiyaki. The streets are especially beautiful at night with their brightly lit streets, and a boat tour of Dotonbori is also recommended (tickets required).
