• Hotel & flight information is REQUIRED. If you did not include your hotel and flight info at the time of booking you MUST contact Karmel Shuttle immediately. Failure to do so, within 48 hours of your travel may result in service delays or failures.
• Changes to reservation: Changes must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. Changes within 24 hours are based on availability.
• Flight changes or connecting flight changes within 24 hours you must call 1-888-995-7433 and provide your new flight info. Failure to do so may result in service failures.
Arrival Instructions
• Upon arrival collect all of your luggage.
• Then call Karmel Shuttle toll free at +1-888-995-7433 # 2 for dispatch. Provide the last name of the Lead Traveler or the BR-confirmation number and you'll be provided with instructions on where to meet your driver.
• If you are delayed due to baggage claim or customs issues, please call Karmel Shuttle to advise of the delay.
• If you encounter a last minute flight change (cancellations, delays, etc), you must call Karmel Shuttle as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in a no show and a refund will not be issued.
Infant and Children Seats
• Infants and children are not permitted to ride on the lap of a parent or guardian. Infants must have an infant carrier or car seat . Child seats are not provided, you must bring your own.
