From there, we’ll head towards a bar where we'll taste other flavorful tapas, like the Madrileño-style Ropa Vieja. Afterwards, we’ll walk to a Basque cuisine tavern to try deliciously tender artichoke hearts, famous in the area due to its well-kept secret recipe. Next, we’ll visit an elegant restaurant known for introducing the idea of Donostian-style fine dining to the neighborhood. We'll also eat some tasty bites like Chistorra de Navarra (a special type of fried chorizo sausage), at a well-stocked tapas restaurant, famous for using top-quality ingredients and providing excellent customer service.
